Employee Concerns Program

If you have an employee concern, desire an independent evaluation of your concern or the assistance of a neutral third party, fear reprisal, or are unsure which avenue to pursue, contact the Shaw AREVA MOX Services Employee Concerns Program (ECP) for assistance. Workplace disputes and conflicts should be addressed as early as possible and the ECP can assist you with resolution.

I hope the information provided in the ECP Booklet (located in the Document Library to your right) will familiarize you with the ECP and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) activities on the MOX Project. Feel free to print out the "Employee Dispute Resolution Avenues" chart from the center of the booklet and post it in your office or work area for future reference.
